Abstract

The FINEX Cast Iron Cookware Company was established in 2013 to create locally-made, heirloom-quality cast iron skillets that incorporate design innovations. The ETM 525/625 project team researched FINEX and developed a complete strategy that defined company values and included a new vision, mission, profitability goal, and strategies to achieve that goal.
