Brown, an American physicist and geochemist, was professor of geochemistry at California Institute of Technology. In the first of two lectures, Brown deals with the current state of the world's energy supply. This lecture is part of the "Ecosystems" series of lectures sponsored by Sigma Xi- Earth Resources Ltd.
