The City Planner Handbook: Materials for the preparation of a comprehensive plan for Portland, Oregon, prepared by the Portland Bureau of Planning, November 1977. The City Planner Handbook, has been prepared to assist residents, businesses, civic and trade organizations and neighborhood associations in their review of Portland's Comprehensive Plan. By providing extensive detailed information on the formulation of the three alternative land use plans, the Handbook establishes the foundation for in-depth plan analysis.
