This collection includes key regional planning documents selected by Professor Ethan Seltzer. Professor Seltzer teaches interdisciplinary courses on themes of regions, planning, and place. Dr. Seltzer is a recognized authority in the subjects of regional planning, regional development, and the region of Cascadia.
