Ralph Walker, broadcast "from atop the Portland State University parking structure" at 5:30 PM on a Friday, interview with a jumper from the roof who despairs of finding parking even after paying for a permit ("I'm not going to jump, I'm saving a parking place for Monday morning"). Rap: Activism on campuses in Kyoto, Japan; Prof. Errett Hummel's visit to the city. Chris Ludwig: Rap on water pollution and "scenic area" legislation to clean up Oregon rivers. Ralph Walker on the Vanguard's "death wish": the false report of Nixon's death in Vanguard supplement "The Shaft" that drew FBI attention. "This is Ralph Walker asking, Where will it all end?"
