Abstract

This paper focuses on building and management of a cross-cultural team consisted of four gentlemen from different cultures. Team Cougar involved Wut Charoenpongpool from Thailand, Gorken Mimioglu of Turkey, and Hung Nguyen and Vinh Tran from Vietnam. The paper follows a framework for Team Cougar based on the events happened and the ways followed by the team to achieve success in certain projects.
