We prepared this paper to share our self-evaluation for both ourselves and for others to consider a advise. Our team experienced both negative and positive outcomes from this team-building project. Specifically, the following three critical subjects are examined in depth: 1. high-performance teams. 2. each individual's perception of themselves and the team. 3. Trust in teams.
