This paper discusses the implementation of project management tools studied in the class and picks the right ones for the best-case scenario in real project – custom LCD design project at Sharp Company. Finding the critical projects that have the biggest risk throughout the process is the most challenging phase since Sharp has a mature processes for custom LCD projects. The purpose of this paper is to propose a method and an implementation of risk management to overcome the critical problems. It covers a complete phase of the method, from the concept to the training needed for the execution.
