Optimization of Staff Assignments for the Upholstery Department at A-Dec: Minimizing Ergonomic Risk through Linear Programming
This paper uses linear and Integer programming model to solve staffing problem at A-Dec, Inc, a private Dental Equipment OEM. The purpose of the model is to satisfy staff demands/constraints in the same time meets budgets.
