Abstract

Our project team started out the quarter on a very good note. We formed the team around the fact that we could meet during the day. It was clear from the first meeting that no one was unable to share his ideas and opinions. Moreover, it was quite manageable to reach a consensus on certain preliminary team issues during that first meeting. Everyone seemed excited about the course and about working together as a team. After that first week, however, things never looked so good again.
