Abstract

This project was to develop a continuous improvement plan for one of the processes at Multnomah County's Information Services Division with total quality management concepts. The goals of the project's two phases were: 1) to introduce the management team at the Information Services Division (ISD) to the concepts and ideas of total quality management; and, 2) to undertake a project which would provide some or all of the management and staff with experience in the use of the tools and processes of Total Quality Management.
