Abstract
This python tool statistically analyzes the crystal structure properties of highly disordered materials by parsing an atomic coordinate file and identifying local polyhedra, then classifying them based on neighboring atom composition and geometry and calculating detailed structural statistics. This tool was applied to AgSbTe2 to correlate its lattice structure properties with its thermal conductivity. This tool provides the framework for linking atomic-scale disorder to material properties.
