Manufacturing and growing a company can be a very daunting task. As a company grows there are numerous unforseen risks that can occur throughout the corporation. For example the company JSS has been growing very quickly in acquiring new customers and new projects. Yet at the same time the company has undertaken many risks that can cut down the company’s full profit margin.

In order for a company to grow, senior managers must have visions to forecast the future and mitigate risks that can occur during any process of the project. In order to do this, it is required that a company must have a system in place to mitigate numerous risk factors. In this paper, we will examine JSS Inc., a consulting and costumed software company, on how it implement a risk management system (RMS) that will enable it to have risk planning and mitigate these numerous risk variables. This paper will introduce the concept of an RMS and its enclosure tools that are involved. The paper will then conclude with training that will be implemented throughout the company as well as the numerous experiences that the project managers have gained and practice in their daily career.
