Abstract

I have chosen to do my individual project based on a current project that I am leading at Warn Industries, where I am a Manufacturing Engineer. The project involves upgrading and modifying our present function testers such that they will pass a Gage Reliability and Repeatability test (GR&R). Our current function testers do not pass this test, which puts us in violation of our ISO I as 9000 certification if it goes unresolved. This would inhibit our ability to supply hublocks to Ford, our sole customer for this product line.
