Abstract

This paper explorers the possible IT outsourcing solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It analyzes the decision making process by applying a hierarchical decision model (HDM) approach to evaluate and rank the possible alternatives in regard to the important perspectives and criteria to this decision. The ranking are generated by quantifying experts’ judgments using a pairwise comparison. In addition, sensitivity analysis is conducted to measure the model’s robustness in terms of possible changes. Finally, with the model assessment, a final decision is recommended for SMEs IT outsourcing solutions.
