This paper intends to describe and define a strategic plan for Almadar Corporation. The primary means of delivering Almadar’s strategy will be through the presentation of the following items: Almadar’s vision, mission, goals, value propositions, market segmentation, marketing plan, operations plan, product plan, a short term technology roadmap, financial plan, and finally a strategic map. This paper will end with a recommendation and conclusion of Almadar’s Corporate strategy.
