Abstract
This paper describes a Marketing Plan for the ecoATM Kiosk system. The ecoATM product is an automated service similar in operation to a cash ATM machine, for recycling cell phones and other hand held electronic devices for instant cash. It incorporates advanced Machine Vision, Artificial Intelligence and the Internet to provide real time connections between individual sellers and buyers of used cell phones.
The market situation for ecoATM Kiosk systems is evaluated by analyzing company, market, competitive and customer factors. Market research is used to identify customer value drivers and their compelling reasons to act. Deployment of ecoATM to selected cities is explored by defining and developing product, price, place and promotion strategies. Financial projections are provided indicating that ecoATM can provide a cumulative 14% Return on Investment in six years from time of introduction to selected cities.
