Abstract

Much attention has been paid to the theory of quality management. No shortage of literature exists on the topic. As more companies attempt the transformation, more is learned about the pitfalls which can impede the process. Using V. Daniel Hunt's book which proposes one approach to making the transformation, this paper describes the administration of the process to a software department and describes the results of the survey. It provides analysis and recommendations
