Abstract

This paper presents the team project for the Spring-2016 ETM530 class. For this project we are applying some of the analytic methods from class to the problem of consumer selection of a cell-phone. In this paper, we will describe the problem, discuss some relevant literature, explain our application of a Hierarchical Decision Model to the problem, and present our results.
