Two letters, one from Lloyd Keefe to Mayor Schrunk, and one from Forrest Cooper to William Bowes. The letter to Mayor Schrunk discusses the possibility of the city acquiring the old Journal building on Harbor Drive. The letter to Bowes discusses traffic and right of way issues related to Harbor Drive plans. Both letters date to 1967.
