Abstract

Our panelists explore diversity and inclusion in the workplace, from diversifying the construction trades to reducing discrimination and harassment in the workplace and empowering "ally" employees.

Biographical Information

Maura Kelly is an associate professor of sociology. She researches inequalities in the construction trades and advocates to increase opportunities for women and people of color in the trades. photo of Larry Martinez

Larry Martinez is an assistant professor of psychology. His research is broadly focused on diversity, inclusion, and allyship within the workplace. photo of Kelly Hamilton

Kelly Hamilton is a third-year doctoral student in psychology. His research focuses on the workplace experiences of employees with under-represented or stigmatized identities and strategies to reduce discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
