Abstract
Team 6 was organized during the first class and started out with two consensus agreements; all members wanted to achieve a high grade and all members were able to agree on a likely meeting time. We seemed to be an agreeable group, had our first meeting and discussions that night and set up our first team meeting. This report will discuss the process of the team’s progress, from team formation, through the stages of team development. We will discuss in some detail team communication, team meetings, team environment, team behavior and the team leader. We will provide some evaluation of the team performance and outcomes. We will conclude with some of the key learnings the team has acquired through participation in this class.
