Further, the porter five force models is a framework to study the business strategy of companies. In this paper I would describe in detail the business strategy of India’s IT giant Infosys. I would explain how Infosys’s business strategy fits well in the porter’s five force model. Further Infosys’s strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats will be evaluated and how that study will help Infosys to overcome some of the threats and improve their business strategy in order to gain competitive advantage.
