Abstract
The project that team quintuple was assigned is the self-diagnosis or analysis of factors that impacted our team's performance throughout the course.
We were assigned a number of team tasks for the class that required interacting and discussing those tasks with other members, and of course performing those tasks. Those activities were the vehicles used by our team to access how well we had worked together. We noted our observations in individual journals to help us in analyzing factors at the end of the project life cycle. Several tracking tools were used in addition to journals, such as our weekly team success survey, energy climate checklist, progress reports, and decision making audits. The format of those tools and results are attached in the appendix and will be cross-referenced for our analysis.
