Abstract
This report focuses on our team's growth and performance during the term and analyzes the factors that contributed to or detracted from them. Our team, the OCATE Marauders, started the term with three goals: 1) to create a pilot project as a vehicle to enhance team building and performance, 2) to complete the course assignments (team write-ups, exercises, and team project report), and 3) to have fun.
Our assessment is based on observations and measurements of our activities in completing the pilot project and course assignments. We employed a team model and a team success rating survey to measure our team's growth and performance. The results are summarized and discussed in this paper, with the details found in the attached exhibits.
