Abstract
Nowadays yield management is a strategic and tactical tool for hotels to improving its revenues and profitability under the global competitive environment. The overall objective of our project will be to highlight the various optimization operations that are being implemented worldwide. Our project will be focused on the effective and efficient optimization of day to day Operation and Management of Hotel business. As a case study, our project will focus in finding opportunities to optimize the revenue for the University Place.
