Abstract
For organizations developing complex software products, clear understanding of customer needs and managing those requirements to deliver a product matching customer expectations has been a great challenge. Studies have shown that 66% of the failed software projects are caused by missed or poorly defined requirements. The relative cost of fixing such mistakes grows exponentially as the project matures. On an average 10-25% of time is spent each week dealing with changes to requirements.
