Abstract
Every successful organization has a mission to synchronize their overall long-term vision. For Artificial Intelligence (AI) companies like Think Bot, Inc. the mission can be achieved only through an effective management process. This process primarily should consist of a Risk Management System (RMS) to help facilitate projects.
Think Bot requires a RMS which could help them handle their company's project risk vulnerability. An effective RMS is an important component of every company's strategy. Whether it is small or big, the impact of risk is always visible. The principal goal of an organization’s risk management process should be to protect the organization and its ability to perform their mission, not just its assets. Therefore, the risk management process should not be treated primarily as an technical function carried out by an engineer but has to be seen as an essential management function of the organization managed by an expert. The proposed RMS by Project Risk Eliminators, LLC accomplishes the goal in which Think Bot is looking to achieve.
