Abstract
Every automobile company goes through challenges at some time or the other. The demand for their automobiles changes with the change in the financial situation, oil availability and various other factors. So to cope with this continuous transition companies have to reformulate their plans all the time especially in the automobile industry. In this report we talk about a company which goes by the name Panda. Now this company is going through a rough patch and has been experiencing it for more than 10 years now. Appendix 1 We looked at their current situation and came up with new strategies for the company to help it get out of the hole it is in looking at the key success factors of the industry. We did some thorough research on what are the critical issues for the automobile industry and then studied Panda individually to come up with a future strategy that will help the company be back in the position it was before this downslide began.
