Abstract

This paper is self-assessment by Team 4 in order to analyze the team‟s performance during the winter term 2008. We call ourselves “THE PARTY THREE”. The team was formed in the first week just randomly. The team was a member of 4 initially and just 2 weeks after the class began the 4 member dropped off as he had some occupational priorities to pursue. All three team members agree that we have worked in an extraordinarily positive team environment for the past 10 weeks. This report provides a well structured insight into our interactions and methods, by using the tools and frameworks we have been exposed to through this class. The tools provide an in depth analysis which illustrates our goals. By investigation our team works along different dimensions which were critical to our performance, we show the process through which exceeded our expectations. This report details the experiences of team 4 throughout the quarter. The report will explain how the team formed and how it evolved throughout various projects during the quarter. It will also explain the unique skills and attributes of the individuals on the team. We will explain our formation and ground rules, team meetings, SR write-ups, class ownership presentation and individual roles. Through this experience we feel we have become a high performance team.
