Abstract
Confliction is not always bad to team building. In a lot of cases, conflictions help team members recognize the communication style of each other, get different opinions and help come out with correct, equally acceptable views to various problems. Our team is a typical multicultural team. The team members are from four different countries with different backgrounds. Team 9 members are - Weifeng Bao (China), Abdullah Binsaeed (Saudi Arabia), Agu-Ibe Daniel (Nigeria), and Ujjal Pathak (India). The team was initially formed on the first week of the term with two members. In the second week, an additional of two people joined to make up team 9. In this report, we will present information about the team’s formation, team members’ background and their roles, the different stages of team building, and how we could improve our team building skills in future.
