Abstract
Outsourcing is a considerable transformational power in today’s global economy that is bound to have affected one way or other the lives of every living human being. Our approach to this interesting and formidable subject is to barley scratch its surface by presenting a short introduction, then briefly discussing 4 critical issues of this universal and highly controversial business tool. By doing so, our objective is to entice the readers to do more studying and investigation of this vast and dynamic topic on their own.
