Abstract
Video conferencing is an electronic meeting using the video and audio to exchange ideas. The meeting will be a company meeting, an educational program, or an individual purpose. The conferences will be a project review, a planning session, a problem-solving meeting, an interview, a staff meeting, a budget review, or individual meeting. This project will focus on the company meeting. The video conferencing will help the company to have a better and faster decision, increase the productivities, and reduce the traveling cost. Reducing the traveling cost is the most important issue. The company will have to pay millions of dollars for the traveling cost. From this point shows why video conferencing is widely used nowadays.
