Abstract
Neighborhood tool is a phone and desktop application, poised to penetrate the DIY home improvement market, specifically targeting first time home owners. The vision of the company centers on a need to connects first time homeowners in high growth housing markets to affordable DIY tools and equipment, required for home improvement projects.
Neighborhood Tool is a novel approach to addressing the high costs of DIY home repair and offer users an efficient, fun, and time saving solution. This service aims to reduce costs of home improvement projects, reduce schedule overruns because the costs and procurement of special tools required for the job were unknown, and improving safety as the homeowner will have access to the proper tool for the job.
