Abstract
RSEP stands for The Regional Supply Expansion Program. The study has the objective to determine electric energy savings resulting from different energy-efficiency measures. This project is to discuss the statistical significance of the resulting estimates of energy savings. This is important because of the small size of the sample population of houses ,and the large amount of data on each house.
