Abstract
The team are taking an existing manufacturing process which products battery packs. It is changing details of the handling each step of the process in order to comply with ISO 9001 standard of quality. The current process is suffering from an excessive quality costs. The team is utilizing Statistical Process Control in order to identify the causes behind the failures in the process and suggest suitable solutions. Statistical Process Control includes Pareto Diagram, cause and effect analysis, ideas finding , solutions finding , and suggestions for implementation.
