Abstract
The revolution in computers and telecommunications networks and the accelerated rate of this change, along with the global explosion of knowledge, are creating unprecedented changes in the flow of trade, finance, and information in among nations.
This project based on digital divide between developed and developing economies deals with economic and social contexts for the digital divide , and also provides skills to address the issues. The central theme is the emergence of e-commerce, ICT (Information & Communication Technology) and its impact on the developed and developing nations.
