Abstract
In this paper we examine our discussion and analysis of the different stages on the life-cycle of a team when there are different participating cultures within the different members of the team. Based on the research of the references cited we build an understanding of the current trigger that are forming these teams, the different aspects on how they perform and are managed as well as some points on its management. This is a broad topic with more research to be done but this paper provides a good understanding of its problems and advantages.
