Team 2 Self-Diagnosis
Abstract
This is Team 2’s (the Tired Tigers) self-diagnosis of our activities over the course of the term. The paper is composed of four sections: what constitutes a team and the overall team approach, how we organized our team, how we created team work products and an analysis of how we performed as a team. We will examine what we have learned through the course material and classroom activities, how we have applied it to our projects throughout the term and what we, as individuals, will take to future classes and job settings. Throughout the paper we rely heavily on team members’ experience and observations during the term, therefore much more of the paper is written first and second person than is normally acceptable for an academic paper. We also include areas where the course materials applied and areas where our experience differed from the material. It is a consensus of the members that this term has been a good team experience and that we accomplished more as a team than any one of us could have accomplished as individuals. This is, in itself, a testament to the power of a well-functioning team.
