Abstract
The scope of this project is to study localization project management theories, interview employees at PTIGlobal, and identify areas for improvement in the process of managing localization projects at PTIGlobal by using the project management tools. PTIGlobal is a localization service company based in Portland, Oregon. The framework for our study will be based on reading written materials on the subject(s) as well as the results from face-to-face interviews conducted with employees in the localization field at PTIGlobal.
