Abstract
In this paper the group will present a scenario of a family searching for a suitable vacation limited by a number of constraints. A hierarchical decision model was developed based on a set of criteria and the pair wise comparison methodology employed to rank the options in order of preference. This provided the family with a recommended vacation which they can ultimately base their decision. A sensitivity analysis was performed on two of the decision criteria in order to investigate the results.
