Abstract
The fast growing number of newly introduced mobile technologies, such as Bluetooth, roaming, high camera pixel, high color resolution etc., makes the selection of an appropriate mobile phone model a complex decision. The decision makers, in particular subscribers, have to face great uncertainty and complexity regarding the acceptance of mobile phones with technology, needs, usage, and budgets that can be tricky.
