Abstract
This research paper separately analyzes the effectiveness of selected communication and information technologies (CIT) when they are applied at the work place as well as in the context of telecommuting. In order to further examine the influence of telecommuting on the effectiveness of CIT’s the two measures of effectiveness are compared. Furthermore the levels of effectiveness of each CIT are compared to investigate any similarities.
