Abstract
Our examination and analysis addressed the technology management issues generated by the increasing adoption of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Our primary objective was to examine VoIP as an example of a disruptive technology and how it impacts managers within the telecommunications industry, the business enterprise, and the individual consumer.
