Abstract
This paper is the application of a project management maturity model to CorpX, a local manufacturing company. The Project Management Maturity Model, by Kerzner, was chosen following a literature search. Research on CorpX was conducted by the use of a project maturity survey instrument from Kerzner’s text1 and interviews with key personnel. An analysis was made of the current level of maturity at CorpX, including examination of the efforts underway to increase PM maturity. Finally, recommendations are made outlining a path forward to a higher project management maturity level at CorpX.
