Abstract
This paper presents several issues impacting cross-cultural teams and uses a foundation of secondary research to define the most relevant. In our opinion, Individualism vs. Collectivism, Communication and Conflict generation are the main issues presented, as well as the way they can affect team dynamics. Some sub-issues are mentioned for the individualism vs collectivism dimension, such as the influence on team members’ performance, motivation, behavior, level of cooperation and time perception. Conclusion will be drawn based on the issues presented.
