In the continuously changing world, many companies cross over their national borders and do global businesses by recruiting employees from other cultures. They build cross cultural-teams to manage projects. In this report, various research journals, business reviews and academic papers are used to analyze the four main issues of cross-cultural teams. First, the communication issue in teams. Second, conflicts those evolve among team members. Third, the importance of leadership in cross-cultural teams. Fourth, the influences of different cultural attitudes on team members. Different perspectives of researchers are found to support these issues.
