Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to apply the tools of strategic modeling and planning by assembling an initial development framework for the rollout of a unique homogeneous and monolithic dome structure called DOMA. Using SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, and Key Success Factors (KSFs) identification we constitute and discuss multiple alternative strategies for success. Finally, we suggest an integrated plan, complete an industry-level cultural analysis, and create together a timeline of strategic objectives.
