Abstract

This project write up will discuss the scope and objective of creating and analyzing a decision support system for project manager. The creation of this tool contains two sections. The first section will contains an overall project overview, development process on Excel sheet, project selection methodology, and the value of our model. The second part to this project is to create a friendly graphical user interface (GUI) for users to enter their data. The interface is designed using Visual Basic (VB) which will interface with the project selection model in the Excel sheet. This paper will not discuss the entire code but will present a brief step by step procedure in programming VB to talk to Excel sheet.
