This paper reviews the 2002 strategy and their six strategic priorities of the Coca-Cola Company. We prepared a S.W.O.T. analysis of the company, determined the key success facores for the mon-alcoholic beverage industry, reviewed the critical issues to the company, and examined their strategic priorities. The Coca-Cola Company is the dominant corporation in their industry, and have implemented specific strategy to remain there.
